By commissioning me, the artist, you, the customer, agree to the following:I Do draw:=> Feral (dragon, wolves, cats, etc.)=> Anthro (beginner)=> Humanoid (beginner)=> Original charactersI Do NOT draw:=> NSFW - Content (nudity, sexual content, fetishes, etc.)=> racism, sexism, homophobia and other related hate content=> complex machinery / mechas=> detailed backgroundsIf you have any questions about these or any subject not listed here, feel free to contact me via DM.________________________________________________________I. General terms:- before you commissioning or purchase an adopt, please read the TOS, by buying a commission or an adopt the customer is agreeing to the artist´s TOS- the terms are a subject to change at any time- the customer has to:
=> provide a clear reference sheet with base colors
=> refrain from sending a wall of text
=> write in a clear and nice manner
=> has to follow any rules (for adopts, YCH´s, etc.)- the artist may charge extra if the characters design is very complex, but this will be discussed beforehand- the artist has the right to reject any commission or offer for an adopt for any reason without any need to explainAny ill behavior by the customer will not be tolerated and the commission will be declined by the artist if it occurs!________________________________________________________II. Payment and Refunds:- upfront through Paypal made through invoices
=> an invoices will be sent manually, do NOT send money on your own without express written permission
=> the commission will not be started until full payment is received- currencies accepted are EUR and USD- payment for adopts and commission should be received within 48h- refund for adopts will NOT be given- refund for commission:
=> before the sketch stage = full refund
=> during the sketch stage = 50%
=> after the approved sketch = no refund________________________________________________________III. Process:- the customer will always receive a sketch to be reviewed for approval
=> other WIP´s of the commission will only be given if the customer personally asks for it- the artist will fix minor details in the commission during the sketch stage, lineart stage and before the flat color stage (max. three edits and any additional changes will be charged)
=> the customer is allowed to redline over the sent WIP´s (better than verbal description)- major edits of the commission will not be done after the commission is finished- the time for the commission to be completed depends on many factors such as the health of the artist, order of commission, complexity, work or personal issues
=> the commission will be finished as fast as possible
=> if any of the things stated above occur the customer will be contacted as soon as possible________________________________________________________IV. Copyright / Usage policy:- the artist holds every legal right of the produced commission, not the commissioner- the artist is allowed to:
=> post it to their personal galleries, portfolios or self-promotion purpose on any website
=> retain the right to not upload any commission if so chosen- the watermark for commission must remain on the completed image, it can´t be removed and doing so is considered art theft
=> adopts will be send unwatermarked once the payment is received- the customer is allowed to:
=> use the commission for any personal use
=> post it in their own personal galleries and social media, with proper credit of the original artist- The customer is NOT allowed to use the commission for any commercial use and crypto, NFT or in any AI-Art related programs!- Adopts are allowed to:
=> be changed (minor details)
=> can be named, given a story, etc.
=> gifted to others
=> be uploaded with proper credit to the artist in the customer personal galleries- Adopts are not allowed to:
